The Hybrid Approach
We don’t believe that a successful supply chain must be completely based overseas or 100% “made in the USA.” It’s not an either/or. Our hybrid model balances cost efficiencies with quality and customer service, guaranteeing packaging solutions that are both top notch and affordable.
We manufacture in three plants in China, all of which we have visited personally and in which we have staff on the ground. Our factories are modern, well kept, follow the latest quality standards, and give us the opportunity to run a wide range of volumes. By using multiple factories with different strengths, we can ensure that our customers get the same excellent product, whether they need 5000 pouches or 5 million.
Our business, however, is and will always be proudly based in the United States. We manage and hold all inventory in our warehouse in Ohio. That means that lead time is only 2-3 days, and you will never run out of product.
Our support staff is also based in the U.S. We’re here when you need us, but we’re also coordinating with our overseas partners to produce your packaging while you sleep.
