It is a multi-billion dollar global industry that plays a part in everyone’s life. Dried up tea leaves used to make this popular beverage must be packaged carefully so that their properties can be retained. This is why tea is packaged with special [product packaging](https://www.standuppouches.net/stand-up-pouches-orders/) techniques. Plastic packaging is extremely in demand, considering the number of suppliers of tea around the world. Traditionally, [tea packaging design](https://www.standuppouches.net/Overview--Who-We-Are--What-We-Do/) incorporated a plastic bag encased in a cardboard box. But this soon became outdated because of its time consuming production style. Moreover, once that packaging was opened, it exposed the tea to the air, which stole its fragrance and flavor. Cardboard boxes were also vulnerable to physical damage, and customers don’t want to buy crumpled boxes. Thus, such packaging designs have now been replaced by [stand up bags](https://www.standuppouches.net). They are not only a great way to keep the tea fresh and safe, but also save a lot of money and time. For a tea lover, there can be nothing worse than sipping flavorless tea. Once exposed to air and humidity, tea loses most of its taste. Tea bags with zippers make sure that tea remains fresh even after the bag has been opened.   ## CONTACT US Fill out the form below, and one of our team members will contact you.
