# Drink Packaging Has a New Name: Stand Up Pouches

[![Juice Packaging](http://www.standuppouches.net/Portals/70169/images/Fruit%20Juice%205%20ab.png)](https://www.standuppouches.net/spouted-stand-bags-for-fruit-juice/)Packaging liquids is a tough job. No matter how hard you’ve tried, there is always a nagging fear. What if the packaging gives away? What if the liquid spills on the ground? To put these doubts to rest, manufacturers are resorting to [alternative liquid packaging](https://www.standuppouches.net/spoutedliquidfoodpackaging/). The most popular type of this new packaging is the stand up liquid pouch. This could also be a soup pouch, a liquid soap bag, or simply a spouted bag to hold liquid baby food.

**Why stand up pouches are the best alternative packaging choice for drinks:**

Drinks tend to spoil easily. Differences in temperature or too much contact with moisture makes them unfit for consumption. Common drink packs are inconvenient to use- to put it mildly. Besides, dust and dirt enter freely in glass bottles and float on the surface. All these issues are solved when customers start using [stand up drink packaging](https://www.standuppouches.net/spouted-stand-bags-for-fruit-juice/).

- A [stand up juice pouch](https://www.standuppouches.net/spoutedliquidfoodpackaging/) comes with spouts. This makes the drink easy to pour. Even young consumers are able to use it without spilling it on the dining table or nursery floor.
- Stand up pouches can be stored for a long time without harming the drink inside.
- They do not break like glass containers, and they don’t fill up landfills like plastic cans do.

Change to stand up pouches and give your customers the power packaging they deserve.
