Rotogravure Printing Cylinders for Your Pouches
Each color of your artwork requires a printing cylinder. Printing cylinders are one-time charges (unless you make a change). Printing cylinders range in price from $250 to $325, depending on the size of the stand up pouch.
If your printing design requires 8 colors, you will need 8 printing cylinders. The beauty of the Rotogravure printing process is if you make a change (say you change some of the ingredients or the bar code or both), only the printing cylinder used for the ingredients or the bar code (in this example) needs to be changed (you won't need to replace all the other printing cylinders).
